Coca-Cola C2 - Half the Carbs, Half the Calories & All the Great Taste
Coca-Cola has outdone themselves! Coco-Cola C2 is a refreshing blast of WELCOME to dieters. With half the carbs, and half the calories of 'the good stuff', Coca-Cola boasts that it still has 'all the great taste'. We agree! That 20 ouncer, 250 calorie bottle in C2 form contains about 125 calories and frankly, neither Tom or I could tell one tab of difference between C2 and 'the real thing'. As a note, we aren't fond of Diet Coke. C2 captured our hearts and tongues totally. We give this diet-wise product 2 thumbs up with a straw. If you're dieting, don't count regular soda completely out of your plan. The key to weight loss and incorporating sugary, non-value foods into the daily diet that are favorites which are so difficult to leave behind amid the weight loss process, is to use your good Diet Sense. While you'll be placing your weight loss progress in jeopardy if you guzzle down a six-pack of regular sodas, enjoying one regular soda with your low calorie popcorn or your meal or as a mid-day or evening treat isn't going to create Diet Damage if the calorie content of the soda is part of your set daily calorie limit. As to diet sodas; they can be addictive. The trouble with diet sodas is that they contain sugar substitutes which over time may cause issues with immunity - as well as various other health issues. If you have pets - do you find that since you started using sugar substitutes and products containing sugar substitutes that you're breaking out in rashes? What about hives? Are you seeing an allergist for your condition and they haven't been able to pinpoint the trouble? If so, try getting off the sugar substitutes for a couple of months and see if you notice the difference. You may be pleasantly surprised - and don't forget you heard it at Diet Bites.
