As a child, we ran until our tongues hung out. We rode our bicycles up hill and down, then back up again. We did such because it was fun. One of the most fun exercises around is belly dancing. Belly dancing is both an art and an exercise. There are also different levels of belly dancing, so you can dance a little or dance until the cows come home.
