Hearty, low calorie soups are an excellent start to any meal - and that includes the selections on the Souper Salad! menu. Most contain under 100 kcals for a five ounce serving or bowl.
Out of our data chart below, the entree which contains the most 'hefty' amount of energy values is the Chicken Enchilada Soup - and it's still beneath 100 kcals!
If you're looking to keep values as minimal as possible, the Chicken Tortilla will certainly meet those ambitions. One five ounce bowl contains a skinny 60 kcals.
Breaking Bread for Optimum Nutrition
Let's move the bread selections - or more apt in relation to healthy goodness, the grain selections. Frankly, I adore their Gingerbread but it doesn't go well with most soup choices - so we'll save that square for dessert.
Nor does the Blueberry Bread - but we'll save that for dessert on another day. And hey - on that note, you can always take some home with you. The energy values are so minimal that they can fit into your snack times and satisfy a serving from the gain group at the same time.
