Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Who's Your Daddy Shake

Serves 4 for about 135 calories each

2 cups of ice cold skim milk

2-4 ice cubes

1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

½ small box of sugar free lime flavored gelatin (powder only/no water)

1 small can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)

2 Tablespoons of cashew pieces

6 Tablespoons of whipped topping

Blend all ingredients except whipped topping until light and frothy.   Pour into chilled glasses.   Add 2 Tablespoons of whipped topping to each serving, and sprinkle on a bit of lime gelatin powder for garnish, if desired.
