Our sexy Whispering Thongdance diet shake will put you in the mood for dieting with a passion.  Low in calories, heavy on the taste buds, you'll be smiling from ear-to-ear as you jog across the Diet Finish Line.  Even if you pass out, they won't be able to wipe that smile off your lips.

Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Whispering Thongdance

Serves 4 for about 65 calories each OR 2 extremely generously for 125 calories each. Okay, you can have all 4 servings for a mere 250 calories.

1 ½ cup of ice cold skim milk

4 ice cubes

2-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

¼ packet of sugar free strawberry gelatin (use the powder only)

1 cup of ripe strawberries (or 1 cup of frozen strawberries and you can omit the ice cubes). Reserve 4 whole berries for garnish if you are using fresh berries.

8 Tablespoons of whipped topping

 

Blend all except the topping until thick.  Then add topping.
