Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Sundown Shake

Serves 3 for about 70 calories each

2 cups of ice cold skim milk

1 Tablespoon of honey

½ box of sugar free lemon gelatin, powder only (do not prepare)

1-3 ice cubes

1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
