Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Sundown Shake
Serves 3 for about 70 calories each
- 2 cups of ice cold skim milk
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- ½ box of sugar free lemon gelatin, powder only (do not prepare)
- 1-3 ice cubes
- 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
