This diet shake recipe makes a fantastic party shake. Simply double, triple or quadruple the recipe and pour into a pretty punchbowl or watering trough - depending upon the type of party that you're throwing. Reserve 1 cup of the strawberries. Next, blend milk, cream cheese, remaining strawberries, sweetener and ice until smooth and frothy. Pour in rest of strawberries and blend slightly so that your shake will have some chunky strawberries inside. Next, pour mixture into chilled glasses. Divide up the whipped topping evenly into the mixture and GENTLY stir to incorporate. Drizzle on a bit of strawberry syrup if desired.
