Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Strawberry Banana Patch

Serves 3 for about 140 calories each

2 cups of ice cold skim milk

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 Ripened Banana

1-4 ice cubes

1-4 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

16 Tablespoons of whipped topping
