We conducted a survey among friends and family members and discovered that more preferred the flavor of imitation vanilla over vanilla extract. While it requires just a tab more of the product to produce that classic vanilla flavor, it's a unique tasting product that is adored by many.
If you're currently on a weight loss plan, try adding your favorite brand of vanilla, or vanilla bean or imitation vanilla to your next cup of coffee, tea or serving of milk.
When your Sweet Tooth has a craving, set a piece of your favorite fresh or frozen fruit into the microwave and cook until the flesh is nice and hot. Add a dash of vanilla extract or imitation vanilla along with ground cinnamon and a small spoon of reduced fat margarine.
