Worth a million bucks, but much leaner on the wallet to make, our Million Dollar Shake will leave money in the bank for fresh vegetables, ripe fruits and lean meat.  

Although our Million Dollar Shake calls for Reeses Peanut Butter Cup, your favorite candy bar can be substituted. Use 1/3 of a regular-size candy bar and be sure to blend until the shake reaches a drinkable consistency.

Million Dollar Shake Recipe

1 cups of ice cold skim milk plus a dash of Vanilla Extract
2 Mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (80 calories)

1 Tablespoon of fat free French Vanilla or Hazelnut Creamer (25 calories)

2-3 ice cubes
plus 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

Blend thoroughly until all the ingredients are drinkable - and then pour into chilled beverage glasses. This recipe serves 2 generously for about 120 calories each
