Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - Banana Foster
Serves 4 for about 150 calories each.
2 cups of ice cold skim or reduced fat milk
1 Ripe Banana
1 cup of banana nut ice milk OR ice cream equaling 130 calories per Ĺ cup or less
1 Tablespoon of Smuckerís Caramel fat free topping
1 Teaspoon of Rum Extract
2-4 ice cubes
1-4 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
Blend all ingredients and serve in chilled glasses.

Ahoy little dieter! Yes you with the sunscreen. Are you ready to prepare this low calorie submarine sandwich? Don't get too excited as it won't take much energy to make.
