This is one of our richest diet shake recipes.  Considering that a large thick shake at the local fast food outlet will cost about 800 calories, our German Chocolate Shake is a steal.

Non-Alcoholic Diet Drinks - German Chocolate Shake

Serves 4 for about 180  calories each

2 cups of ice cold skim milk

2-4 ice cubes

2-4 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

¼ of a 14-ounce can of LIGHT Eaglebrand

2 Tablespoons of shredded coconut

2 Tablespoons of crushed pecans

2 Tablespoons of mini chocolate morsels

Blend all until light and frothy.  Serve in chilled glasses.
