Jason's Deli offers so many healthy choices for dieters - and when attempting to achieve weight loss, healthy choices matter. And when healthy choices are tasty - why that's even better!

The calories in many of Jason's Deli menu items contain less than '30% fat calories' and include the following tasty choices: Fruit Cup, Fresh Fruit Plate, Kids Spaghetti & Meatballs, Philly Chicken Wrap, Pollo Mexicano Lite, Red Beans & Rice, Slim Jim, Southwest Chicken Chili, Spud Lite, Spud Au Broc, Steamed Veggies, Strawberry Shortcake and Turkey Ruben.

One caveat for those watching their sodium intake as many of the offerings at Jasons Deli are high in sodium. Also take note that although a menu item might be identified as 'Lite', it doesn't mean that it's light in calories. For those menu selections which contain more than 450 calories, try sharing with a meal buddy.
