The Haunted DietVicky was scared of something in her Diet Closet. What could it be? Vicky winced as the thunder cracked across the black night sky. The lights had been off for two hours now, so she stood with a candle in her hand as she thumbed through the clothes in her closet. Tomorrow was another work day and if she didn't lay out her clothes before morning, she knew she would be late for work. She was not a morning person. Vicky tried to steady the candle as she pushed the clothes across the closet rod. She paused and gasped, nearly dropping her candle because she was so terrified. What was Vicky scared of? What was in her closet that could make her shiver with fear? Was it a spider? A burglar? Perhaps a moth who had eaten holes in Vicky's clothes? A rabid bat? No, it was none of these things. Vicky had rummaged to the clothing at the back of her closet - the clothing that she tried to avoid at all costs. Her 'fat clothes'. Yes, I know. It's very scary and I understand if you too, are suddenly scared. You can hold my hand if you wish while we finish up our harrowing little Diet Tale. Vicky feared those fat clothes. They were items that she had purchased over time and even though they were labeled the same size as her other clothes, they fit a lot looser. It was if they were three times what they should be. Vicky wasn't sure what to do with the fat clothes. What if she gained weight? What if she needed to clean up something, or paint? Those clothes might actually come in handy. If this sounds familiar, don't wait for violent weather to make a decision on those fat clothes. Remove them from your closet asap. Donate them to a shelter, a thrift store or someone you know who can use them. Why? Because you know that you're NEVER going to need those clothes again anyway, right? NAVIGATE DIET SITE MAPS |
