And I'm here to route for you - to motivate you - to assure you that you can achieve healthy weight loss and never think about weight loss again.
When it comes to losing weight, there is no magic formula. Losing weight is very straight-forward and has a simple rule: 'Consume the number of calories required to support your ideal weight." Sure, incorporating exercise into the Weight Loss Equation can assist greatly - and offers many side benefits. But what you eat, what you drink and how much you eat and drink factor into the number of your weight loss scale. Let's view an example of a healthy diet plan that Dieter Penny went on in an effort to lose 75 pounds. She remained on her healthy diet, continuing to make wise menu choices and she was rewarded greatly in the area of better health and weight loss. How long did it take her to lose the weight? About half a year - but she was steadfast and it certainly paid off. How long did it take me to lose about 125 pounds? Almost one year - and I've never felt better. You can do the same whether you have 10 pounds or over 100 pounds to lose. With that said, let's see what Penny ate and drank on one day of her half-year journey. For her beverages throughout her diet plan, she opted for zero calorie versions of her favorite drinks and sodas. She also enjoys unsweetened tea which fit perfectly into her diet plan. She also walked 1 mile each and every day. Breakfast Menu: Penny loves boiled eggs so she chose one for breakfast along with 1 cup of whole blueberries. Morning Snack: One serving of fat reduced yogurt. Lunch Menu: Because there is only a refrigerator where Penny works and no means of cooking, she takes along a thermos for healthy hot soup and another cold-pack type container for her salads and sandwiches. Today it's very cold outdoors so she enjoys a serving of her favorite broth-based soup and some crackers. She also enjoys a selection of fresh raw vegetables and fruit with a wedge of reduced fat cheese. Afternoon Snack: Penny likes dark chocolate which also holds healthy heart benefits. She enjoy 1/2 a dark chocolate bar for 90 calories. She will enjoy the other half tomorrow. Dinner Menu: Fresh salmon is on the menu and she pops it into the toaster oven before seasoning with lemon pepper and rosemary. She also enjoys a serving of pickled beets, and a light low calorie slaw prepared with shredded cabbage, shredded carrots mixed with her favorite low calorie salad dressing, a raspberry-walnut concoction which is eons more flavorful than full-blown, high calorie Mayo. She also enjoys a serving of crusty bread spread with light margarine as well as a serving of green beans. Bedtime Snack: Penny loves the slim shake recipes at Diet Bites, particularly the one that uses reduced fat milk, frozen strawberries and a shot of Splenda. She enjoys one before pillowing her head for the night.
