Bob and Betty want to go on a diet.  A trip to the family doctor's office is a good place to start.  Weight gain can indeed be attributed to a hidden ailment or disease, so it's the smart thing to do. But here's where it gets crazy....  

Both Dieter Betty and Dieter Bob see Doctor Coldglove on the first day of June.  Both get the head's up on beginning a diet plan.  Dieter Betty is 5'5" and weighs in at 175 pounds.  Dieter Bob is 6'3" and weighs in at 375 pounds.

Doctor Coldglove gives them both a nicely-typed white sheet of paper that is filled with sample foods that will be allowed on their diet.  Both are placed on a 1,200 calorie per day diet.

In fact, Dieter Joe, Dieter Francine, Dieter Daisy, Dieter Jesse and Dieter Delores were all put on the same 1,200 calorie per day diet by Doctor Coldglove - each in need of losing 20 to 150 pounds.  Nuts, isn't it?
