Call it intuition, call it ESP, call a doctor - but whatever you call it, when you're dieting and this Old Blue Feeling hits you, the official term is Impending Diet Doom. You may be sailing through your diet like the breeze is never going to stop blowing you towards the finish line of Diet Success. Then suddenly, you get a bit frightened. You may think, "I know that I'm not going to stay on this diet. I know that I'm going to be overweight for the rest of my life." If and when that happens, stop - look - listen to your own self! The fact that you're getting this signal is actually a blessing in disguise! You are being alerted that a fault line lies within your diet plan. At this point, readjust those Diet Sails to avoid capsizing. These feelings will indeed pass with time. With perseverance and determination, you'll see your weight begin to drop. In turn, you'll be more motivated than ever to remain on your diet plan. Keep up the great work!
