How Often Should You Weigh? | Weight Loss Photos: Before & After | What is That White Filling in Donuts? | How to Lose One Pound Stooge Dieting? Nah, You Just Need a New Game PlanWho says you can't have fun while being serious? Life without laughter isn't life at all. ~ Sky
Moe, Larry and Curly are among my favorite all time characters. They supported one another in a humorous sort of way, and would defend one another to the death. But for some reason, they never could get along. They had one disaster after another. Each approached situations much differently and had unique personalities and identities. Let's see what we can learn from the Moe, Larry and Curly type dieting personalities. This will be fun! The Moe Dieter - Moe was in charge. Even when another stoogie would take the lead, Moe was still in charge. The Moe Dieter is a model of weight loss success, never giving up, never changing course, staying with the diet plan until weight loss is accomplished and weight loss goals are realized.. The Larry Dieter - Larry was always second in charge. He never got one over on Moe, but he made sure that Curly knew the pecking order. The Larry Dieter is a pattern of a careful dieter who takes a second glance before going forward. This diet trait comes in handy when temptation rears its menacing face. The Larry Dieter is also savvy about dodging unexpected blows. The Curly Dieter - Curly wasn't the brightest stooge in the patch but he always seemed to be having the best time out of the three. Other than when Moe was hammering away at him (sometimes with a real hammer) Curly was happy. He enjoyed cooking a lot, even going to the trouble to shave the turkey before stuffing and baking it. The Curly Dieter enjoys a fun diet plan and is not afraid to experiment with new dieting techniques. If the three diet personalities above were combined, we'd have the perfect diet plan - a dieter who is resolute until weight loss goals are accomplished, a dieter who is careful when choosing, and a dieter who implements a fun diet plan. Who says stooges aren't smart?
