Body massages are great for those achy muscles that may have been stretched just a tab too far.

Another claim states that massage can rid cellulite from the body.  

What we do know is that a massage aids in increasing blood circulation and in turn, increases the metabolic rate.

Massages won't melt weight off, but what a nice way to get relaxed and release the pressures of the day.  

Removing stress from your life will indeed assist you with your weight loss goals.

Massage isn't for everyone and there are a few situations in which massage should be avoided.  If someone is experiencing heart problems, liver problems or if they are pregnant, get their doctor's approval first.
