One thing that the world isn't short on is diets these days. We have tons on new diets that have wrapped their arms around the Diet World, and we have a lot of diets from the Prehistoric Diet World that continue to remain ultra popular. With so many diets floating around, how does a dieter know which diet is right for them? Which diet is most effective in ridding unwanted weight? And which diet works the quickest for weight loss? And which diet contains foods that taste good - not like one is actually on a diet. And which diet is healthiest? So many diet and weight loss questions - and if you're thinking about going on a diet and you're asking these questions, then you're definitely on the right Diet Track. So we know that you're asking all the right questions in that pre-diet stage. But what about those answers that you need so that you can continue to Diet Phase II? In a sincere attempt to answer these questions, I can only relate my personal weight loss experience. Several years ago, I ditched over 100 pounds of unwanted weight. I didn't diet wisely and risked my own life in order to lose weight. And that's why Diet Bites is here to help people who have lost their Diet Way. After I lost the weight, then entered into a new era - the weight loss management phase - actually Phase III of dieting. It was at this time that I realized that although it was great to lose all that weight, I could have accomplished the same weight loss goals by going about it in a healthy fashion. For although I starved, I averaged 2 pounds per week weight loss. So based on my experience and my new healthier way of life, I would recommend counting calories and eating foods based on the official food pyramid.
