If you use the non-stick skillet, cook the bread slowly and it will form a beautiful, crispy, golden brown crust. Add a few slices of lean meat, a slice of cheese, lettuce and tomato - and you've got one Heavenly Diet Sandwich! Enjoy with a cup of your favorite soup and a cup of your favorite fresh fruit for a low calorie meal that's full of nutrition and low in fat. |
