HOW MANY CALORIES IN AN OMELET?

The standard omelet contains 2 eggs & 1 ounce of cheese plus chopped vegetables.

Calories in Standard Omelet: About 325 calories

Our omelet calories are based on 2 medium size eggs, one ounce of mild cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the following sauteed vegetables: mushrooms, bell peppers & onion.

Please note that not all omelet calories are created equal. The types of vegetables used in the omelet as well as the variety of cheese will impact total calories.

Diet Omelet Tips: Want to save a few calories and fat grams? Simply substitute the egg white for the yolk of the egg using two egg whites for every yolk used.
