RECIPE FOR BANANA FO FANNA - LIGHT, LOW CALORIE, LOW IN FAT DELICIOUS

This noble recipe comes from the kitchen of Sir Tom of Diet Teen.

1/2 of a Banana
1 Cup of Skim or 1% Milk
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
Top with 1 Tablespoon of Cool Whip if desired
 
 

Blend the banana and the milk with either a mixer or a mixer stick (the long mixer that looks like a stick). Add the nutmeg and vanilla, then whisk until thick and frothy. Top with Cool Whip if desired. Enjoy!
