What? Lose weight without dieting? Like magic??
Hey, this isn't another false promise, is it?
It almost sounds too good to be true, doesn't it? Lose weight, no dieting. Well, believe me, it's true - no magic wand here, no magic mirror, just good, safe sensible advice.
There are several ways in which you can lose weight. The majority of people tend to cut back drastically on their diet and experience uncomfortable hunger pains, irritability, depression, constipation and frustration - just to name a few horror tales. It doesn't sound very attractive, does it?
If you have a few pounds to drop, why not consider the fun and easy way out? Here are some great ways to ditch those pounds without dieting. One rule - you must eat according to your current daily food intake. If you start eating more because you've inserted some healthy activity into your life, you'll cancel out your weight loss efforts. If you are truly set on losing unwanted pounds, reducing your current daily food intake will get the weight off much faster.
Take a brisk 2 mile walk each day. Be sure and mix up the scenery every now and then to keep things interesting. You may even hit gold by talking a friend or family member into sharing this healthy daily routine with you.
Consider taking a Yoga or fitness class.
Go swimming a couple of times a week.
Get closely acquainted with your local roller skating rink and skate your way to thinness.

Invest in a bicycle. Touring the Great Outdoors is eons more fun than a stationary bike. You'll be less apt to fall off of the Exercise Wagon.
Dancing is fantastic exercise!
Grow a garden or spruce up your yard.
Any hobby will take your mind off of eating and throw it onto creativity.
