Though imitation sausages, and most low-calorie variations of sausages are a big thumb's down, lite sausages are definitely worth a try. These aren't the super-reduced calorie saving products, rather your favorite brand's leaner counterpart. They basically contain the same ingredients, just leaner cuts. And you might just fall in love again. Your added bonus is the reduction in calories, and you'll still be keeping those tastebuds happy! |
