of steamed crab legs from your favorite market
1 bottle
of no-calorie refrigerated butter-style spray
Ask
your market to steam the legs for you. They should ask if you'd like any
seasonings to be added such as Cajun, Lemon Pepper, or garlic.
Eat
the crab legs as soon as possible when you arrive home. Warm the refrigerated butter-style spray
in your microwave or on top of the stove. Dip the crab meat into the butter.
You
can add a bit of garlic salt to the butter, or some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
