SWEET 'N SOUR GLAZE DIET RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of your favorite jam or jelly

1/2 bottle of chili sauce

Simply mix and heat.  This is an excellent glaze and a little goes a long way.  

It is especially good on tiny smoked sausages.

Be sure and look for the lean variety.
