No cook! Spray a 9-inch pie plate with no-calorie, non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Add about ¼ cup of butter spray. This is the non-calorie type spray that you store in your refrigerator. The Parkay and the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter are both exceptionally great sprays.
You can adjust the amount of spray, as well as your cookie crumbs, to accommodate the size pie plate you choose to use.
Put the 'crust' into the pie plate and gently pack it down; chill until set. Add your favorite filling. Or, you can cook your filling in the pie crust.

Try filling it with some sugar free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding that you've prepared with skim milk. Top with light topping if desired.
This is very similar to the Brownie Pie and it's also a no-cook pie. This time use the reduced fat, reduced calorie oatmeal pies. I recommend Little Debbie's but you can use any brand you wish.
