The King of Peanut Butter Sandwiches

This peanut butter sandwich is rich and filling though not the lightest in the pack.  However, it will stick with you throughout the day and contains a good assortment of foods that your body requires for optimum nutrition.

Ingredients for Diet Bites lower calorie recipe for Peanut Butter Sandwich

2 slices of white OR wheat bread (70 calories each)

1/2 banana

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter (smooth OR chunky) (190 calories per TWO Tablespoons)

Splenda OR Equal

4 Tablespoons of Fatfree Whipped Topping (15 calories per TWO Tablespoons)

1/2 teaspoon of raisins

Spread peanut butter onto one slice of bread.  Sprinkle on a packet of Splenda.  Place thin slices of banana on top. Sprinkle on the raisins.  Spread on the whipped topping.

Sandwich contains approximately 330 calories and is FLAT DELICIOUS!
