Meet the Diet Beatles Cabbage Soup Diet, Scarsdale Diet, One Good Meal Diet, Popcorn Diet, Atkins Diet, Grapefruit Diet, Beverly Hills Diet, Low fat/No Fat Diet, The Blood Type Diet... So many diets! Most - if not all of the above are fad diets. Stop and think a minute. Do you know anyone who has gone on a fad diet and kept the weight off? Any diet that you could enjoy even when you aren't dieting, should be considered a wise and good diet. This type of diet will include all of the basic food groups, plenty of calories to get you through your busy day, a bit of fat to keep your mane shiny, plenty of liquids, and MODERATE exercise. The Key: The key to fad diets is to take the good points of the diet and incorporate those into your personal diet plan. In other words, you might want to think about including Cabbage Soup into your diet plan OR a Slimfast shake every now and then. When dieting, the dieter needs all the help they can get to reach that magic number on their scales. But most importantly, they need to reach that number in a healthy manner and arrive safely.
