Diet Recipe for Light Bowtie Pasta Salad
6 Cups of Cooked Bowtie Pasta, Drained Salt & Cracked Pepper to Taste 2 - 4 Tablespoons of LIGHT Mayo 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Pickle Relish 1 Small Jar of Drained Pimentos 1 Small Can of Sliced Black Olives, Drained 1/4 Finely Chopped Red, Green, or Yellow Bell Pepper 1/2 of a Finely Chopped White, Purple, or Yellow Onion
Mix all of the ingredients. Sprinkle top with paprika for added beauty. Makes approximately 8 servings for about 200 calories per 1 - cup serving.
