Once you are ready for dessert, simply assemble and enjoy! - If you opt to roast hotdogs, purchase the leanest franks available. A good little trick that will halve your winnie calories is to simply slice the winnie in half. Believe me, you'll never miss it! Another good trick is to pile on the sauerkraut - which is ultra low in calories. But take note if you are on a sodium-restricted diet. - Baked chips rather than the standard greasy versions will save you tons of calories & fat. - Tortilla wraps transport very well! Only you'll want to make yours as healthy as possible. Use the smaller flour tortillas as some of the Big Boys contain close to 200 calories each. Next, spread the tortilla with a bit of LIGHT cream cheese. Next, add a few drained red roasted peppers. Vlasic makes a wonderful jar of these critters OR some sun-dried tomatoes. Next, add a few drained sliced black olives. Dash a dash of chili powder on, then roll. - Light Potato Salad: Microwave 6 cleaned spuds until just done. Allow to cool, then peel and slice into chunks. Add 1 - 2 chopped/sliced boiled eggs. Add 1 Tablespoon of sweet pickle relish. Add 1 small jar of DRAINED pimentos. Add 1 Tablespoon of mustard.
