Zinc, Fish

Fish, a Good Source for Zinc Benefits

While all seafood makes a healthy choice for dieters, there are a few caveats involved. When the fillets or shellfish is steamed, grilled, broiled or baked it remains a very healthy selection for the meal plate.

However, when it gets dipped in batter, dipped in a vat of fat and then dipped again in rich dips - the caloric and fatty acid content is blown completely out of the water.

Fast Food Fish Sandwich Calories

If you're into fish sandwiches, when dieting it's important to make the best decision possible when it comes to the fast food variety as they can differ significantly in caloric as well as fat content.

Also note that some sandwiches are bigger than others. The McDonald's variety is so delicious - but it's also very tiny. In our neighborhood, it comes close to $4.00 with tax - too expensive for such a small sandwich and our Model-T pocketbook.

When ordering we recommend omitting the cheese and asking for light tartar sauce which will lower calories and fat in the selection.
