A Low Calorie, Low Fat Fruity Recipe From Diet Bites

Stone fruit is simply a fancy way of referring to fruit which contains pits. Peaches, plums, nectarines & apricots are all stone fruits - and will be the base of our delicious Stone Fruit Salad recipe.

We suggest serving this fresh summertime salad - or anytime salad in a clear bowl to show off its true beauty. The ingredients are as follows and will serve 2 generously. Entire recipe contains about 257 calories:

1 peach

2 plums (any variety)

1 nectarine

2 apricots

4 Tablespoons of peach preserves - reduced sugar OR sugar free varieties (10 calories per serving)


Carefully warm preserves in microwave oven. Pour onto sliced stone fruit (pits & stems removed). Stir to coat.
