A Low Calorie, Low Fat Salad Recipe From Diet Bites

Wonder what tasty ingredients the Popeye Salad contains? Ah - delicious spinach. Wow - isn't that a surprise? Even so, this is another three-ingredient salad which may be adjusted to suit personal taste.

We've provided 2 recipes - family-size and personal size. As a note, if you don't like strawberries - or if you are allergic to them, most any fresh fruit compliments baby spinach.

Simply mix the following ingredients to create The Popeye Salad:

Light Raspberry/Walnut Salad Dressing

1/4 to 1/2 cup
