14 Carrot Diet Salad Recipe

A Low Calorie, Low Fat Recipe From Diet Bites

We put a twist on this tried-and-true carrot salad by using two super foods - carrots and cranberries. Only three ingredients in this tasty low calorie recipe - and the carrots can be purchased pre-grated if desired.

We've provided 2 recipes - one which uses 14 carrots for larger crowds or family meals, and one sized for personal servings. As a note, if you don't like cranberries then golden raisins, dark raisins, red raisins, dried pineapple and dried cherries work equally well.
