Protein Group: Eggs (54 - 85 calories each depending upon the size of the egg)

Grain Group: Cream of Wheat (only 120 calories per serving)

Vegetable Group: It's hard to beat low calorie content when it comes to the vegetable group. Carrots, cucumbers, radishes, lettuce, broccoli & celery are among the lowest in calories - and all can be enjoyed raw which equals a perk when it comes to vitamins.

Fruit Group: Among the lowest include kiwi, orange, peach, apricot, plum, and melon.

Dairy Group: Skim string cheese (60 calories per stick - but beware of choking hazards for the young and elderly when eating string cheese)
