Would ya look over there! Is that Mister Easter Bunny hopping down the Diet Trail already? Why we just got through with the Christmas holidays it seems - and we're already into the spring months?

Did you start your weight loss plan at the first of the year, directly following the holidays? Or did you wait and you're currently doing the spring dieting thing?

If you started way back in January and it's currently the month of April, you might have lost thirty or more pounds at this point. If the month is May - then you may have lost forty or more pounds - and if it is June, then you may have lost fifty or more pounds at this point.

Or, you may have only had a few pounds to lose and you're all done; you chief objective at this point is to keep those unwanted pounds away for all eternity.

Now if you haven't yet started your weight loss plan, then you're picking a perfect time of the year to do such. For those dieters who started back in January, they were dealing with perhaps more weight gain than you may have experienced.

 


Individuals who decide to go on a weight loss plan after the holidays tend to let their hair down and chow down in the process, convincing their self that they will worry about losing the gained weight after the first. Because they were planning on dieting in advance, it created the perfect stage to let loose and gobble.

But that wasn't their only hurdle. After January, who arrived? Yes, that little chubby guy with his bow an arrow and his heart in his hand. And he stabbed quite a few dieters with that little arrow, causing them to ditch their diet in exchange for his box of chocolate goodies.

By choosing to diet at this point - you may or may not have any celebratory holidays to get through.

Easter is in March one year, April in another and then May in yet another, continually moving around with the Passover Time.
