Diet Bites Journal - October 18 Weight Loss
Time had put a pinch into dinner preparations this evening, so I relied on my trusty kitchen pantry deliver a healthy, low calorie, delicious meal.
Prepackaged foods are a Convenience Hero when the clock doesn't have enough minutes AND prepackaged foods don't have to be high in fat, sodium and calories.
Within 15 minutes, a hearty dinner was ready and waiting on the table. These were the picks of the liter this time out....

- Roast Chicken Dinner

- 1 Chicken Breast, Boned & Sliced in half lengthwise
- Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes
- Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, No Sauce
- Canned Cranberry Sauce
- Biscuits
- Biscuit Gravy - Pioneer Gravy Mix
- Green Tea - Passionflower Variety
- Light Margarine
- Olive Oil Flavored Cooking Spray (for cooking chicken)

I enjoyed the following: 1 serving of potatoes, 2 servings of the sugar snap peas, 1 spoon of cranberry sauce, 1 biscuit, 1 serving of gravy (on potatoes) and green tea with no calorie sweetener for a total calorie count of about 350 calories.
