One of our favorite fast food haunts is Taco Bell which has so
many healthy options for those watching their weight. Although many weight loss gurus scowl over fast food restaurants, fast food doesn't have to be fat food. The key is choosing menu items that are low in calories and low in fat - and also items that offer healthier benefits. Tom opted for the crunchy tacos.   For 170 calories, 4 grams of saturated fat and 8 grams of protein - the crunchy taco is packed with nutritional benefits. More Good News: The corn tortilla resides in the grain group of the Official Food Pyramid there's also some vegetable group guys - as well as protein and dairy guys laced inside the Taco Bell Crunchy Taco.
