Happy Saint Patrick's Day to ya - and the top of the Diet Mornin'! A green diet. Me mother would be proud. And just what should ya be kissing up to on this green, diet day? Why - all the things that the Diet Blarney Stone is made of - of course! Here's a quick peek.....

Lettuce - Arrives at your daily diet  in multiple shades of green, from lime green to emerald green and contains about 5 calories per cup. Kiss it well and your diet will do swell!

Spinach - Mean and green and a powerful super food.

Celery - The perfect snack for weight loss. Ultra low in calories - and it even comes equipped with a natural moat should one be inclined to fill it with healthy goodies such as peanut butter and raisins.

Granny Smith Apple - Tart and tangy but sweetens-up nicely after a trip to the microwave and a dip in ground cinnamon and Splenda. Don't forget to add a splash of brown sugar.
