Foods Containing Only 3 Skinny Calories

We thought that it would be interesting to show you the foods which contain three skinny calories and follow that with foods which contain only three grams of total fat.

Some of the foods on both lists are a big surprising - such as the cookies on the 'Fat Gram Food List'.

Pimentos are often the star in cheese - all varieties. It may be combined with cream cheese or with shredded types to create delicious sandwiches. Take note however, that the healthier choice where cheese is concerned is opting for the reduced fat varieties.

Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, per one cherry.

Diet Tip: Trim the caps from the tiny cherry size tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Replace with low sodium, reduced fat cottage cheese - or a low fat version of pimento cheese as discussed above.

Broccoli, flower clusters, raw, 1 floweret.

Both broccoli and cauliflower work exceptionally well as a healthy snack. When dressing or dips are added, they should be among the low calorie options.
