Foods Containing Two Tiny Calories
Wanda was on a weight loss plan and was experiencing a case of the hungries. She craved all of her favorite foods - like cheesecake, chocolate cake, red velvet cake and carrot cake - any type of cake excepting another bland, dry rice or popcorn cake.
Now more than ever before Wanda feels as if she isn't going to survive her weight loss plan. She's been faithful to it for two long weeks. She hasn't seen much in the way of weight loss results at this point - a measly five pounds. Perhaps it's time to ditch her diet plan and grab a slab of Italian cream cake, right?
No Wanda! Don't do it!
Losing 5 Pounds in 2 Weeks, Quite Impressive
Wanda may assume that she's not doing very well on her weight loss plan but losing five pounds in only two weeks is something to brag about. Five pounds is equal to a bag of potatoes. Pick up a bag next time you visit the market and see how much weight you'd lose if you dropped five pounds.
There are foods on our 2 Calorie Food List that Wanda can enjoy without ruining her diet plan. But unfortunately, they don't hold a lot of satiety power because the amounts are quite minimal. That one leaf of spinach will last about as long as it takes for her to swallow it - and then the hunger pains will roar again.
We suggest that Wanda forget all about her cake binge and instead enjoy a serving of roasted vegetables or air-popped popcorn or a stick of beef jerky or a serving of reduced calorie yogurt. She'll be glad that she resisted temptation when she weighs again.
