It's time for yet another reality check as this tends to be a popular time when dieters fall off the Diet Wagon. Blame it on boredom, on starvation, on frustration - or the upcoming Valentine's Day - but when it happens it's almost impossible to turn back the clock.

Once an individual walks away from a diet plan it tends to be many moons - many, many moons before they seriously embrace the idea of a diet plan again. It may not be until swimsuit season arrives, or it may not be until the following January after the holidays, or it may not be until a serious health issue arises. Therefore, it's vital to seize the moment - to go forward - and to achieve what you set out to do! Lose that extra weight and keep it off for good.
