Calories in Starbucks Panini & Wrap Menu Selections
The Panini and Wrap options at Starbucks are not only delicious - all can fit into most healthy weight loss plans. Yes, even the Breakfast Sausage Cheddar Classic Sandwich for 500 calories.
Most weight loss plans contain about 1500 calories per day - and of course that amount varies depending upon several factors, such as current weight. An individual who has over 100 pounds to lose would need more calories at the beginning of their diet which would be naturally decreased as the excess pounds are lost.
Therefore 500 calories for breakfast isn't a bad deal. That sill allows about 1000 calories for the remainder of the day's meals and snacks.
But say - how about a serving of Steel Cut Oatmeal instead of the sausage option? We'll save about two-thirds the amount of calories. Or, what about a Spinach Feta Breakfast Wrap for a tiny 290 calories?
If you're in the mood for a Panini - what about the Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella Panini? It's just under 400 calories and contains about 18 total fat grams. It also offers an impressive 15 protein grams.
Alas, so many choices!
