Wow - just look at all the skinny calories contained in Starbucks specialized espresso beverages in our chart below. What a honey of a deal for most dieters, eh?
We can go for the non-fat milk versions and skip the whipped cream and enjoy a Cinnamon Dolce Latte or a Caramel Macchiato or a Flavored Latte or a Mocha Espresso - for about 100 calories.
We can even go lower by choosing the Iced Flavored Latte or the Iced Mocha - for about 60 to 70 calories. What a wonderful treat for only a few calories. My cup of green tea which I add creamer and a spoon of sugar contains about this amount - and it's not nearly as tasty as a Starbucks Espresso.
Even if we add the whipped cream we'll only be adding a few more calories.
