Time for Nutritional Dueling Banjo's - in chocolate town. How does milk chocolate do nutritional-wise against dark chocolate? We used good old Hershey bar chocolate candy to obtain our stats.

Dark Chocolate - 1 Special Dark Hershey's bar (1.45 oz)

7 grams of saturated fat
0 trans fat
<5 mg of cholesterol
0 sodium
25 grams of carbohydrates
3 grams of dietary fiber
2 grams of protein
21 grams of sugar
4% RDA Iron

Milk Chocolate - 1 Milk Chocolate Hershey's bar (1.55 oz)

230 calories (120 fat calories)
13 grams of fat
9 grams of saturated fat
0 trans fat
10 mg of cholesterol
