Valentine's Day Free Diet Menu Appetizer - About 100 calories Start out with either a cup of 60-calorie soup and 3 crackers of your choice OR a salad mixture consisting of any of the following: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, radishes, raw broccoli, raw cauliflower, onions or carrots which have been lightly coated in a light salad dressing (1 Tablespoon per salad using dressing containing 50 calories or less per serving).
