Estrin D Ingredients & Potential Side Effects

Acne, hair loss, hair growth on face, aggressiveness, irritability, increased levels of estrogen.
Ingredients in Estrin D
- Vitamin B6: 25
mg 
1,251% of the Recommended Daily Allowance which is about 12 times more than
the RDA per 2 capsules. Excessive intake of Vitamin B6 is considered to be 200
mg or more per day in adults. And of course, this amount is influenced by the
size of the individual.

- Negative side effects/toxicity of
excess Vitamin B6 in the daily diet include numbness in hands and/or feet with
potential damage to sensory nerves, imbalance, severe fatigue sometimes lasting
6 months or longer, depression including suicidal tendencies, mood swings, low
blood sugar, severe calcium deficiency, restlessness, insomnia, muscle cramps,
muscle spasms, nerve issues, severe Manganese deficiency, severe headaches
including migraine headaches, arthritis, osteoporosis, blood pressure issues,
and heart palpitations.

- Yerba Mate Leaf - works as a stimulant to the nervous system with diuretic
properties.

- Caffeine, a
stimulant. - Symptoms of too much caffeine
include nervousness, anxiety, insomnia, indigestion, muscle twitching, increased
thirst, increased urination, respiratory difficulties, heart palpitations,
irregular heartbeat, vomiting, diarrhea, convulsions, including  death.

- Guarana Seed - Rich in caffeine properties. Side effects include
nervousness, insomnia, anxiety, headaches and blood pressure issues.

- Damiana Leaf/Stem - Damiana has been touted in traditional medicine  as an
aphrodisiac and has been used in treating asthma, neurosis, and sexual
disorders. May produce a laxative effect. In addition Damiana may alter blood
sugar levels and should not be used by diabetics. Reports of seizure have
occurred with use of Damiana.

- Green Tea Leaf - Green tea has been used to treat all sorts of ailments -
from stomach upset to obesity. Side effects may include diarrhea, constipation,
tremors, irregular heartbeat, and insomnia.
- Ginger Root - Traditional medicine: uses range from treating nausea to treating high
blood pressure. Side effects are rare but often involve
digestive/stomach-related issues.

- Kola Nut - Side effects include: insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, gastro-intestinal
issues and tremors.

- Schinsandra Fruit - Side effects are uncommon but may include: abdominal pain
and upset, decreased appetite, and skin related rashes. Please note - it would
be rare for Schinsandra Fruit to trigger a decrease in  appetite.

- Scutellaria Root (also found in
Relacore) - Traditional medicine: used to
remove toxins. Side effects low.

- Tibetan Ginseng Root - May increase energy and reduce stress. Side effects may
include: 
insomnia, nervousness and irritability.

- Jujube Fruit - the leaves of the Jujube can suppress the ability to
determine sweet taste. Traditional medicine: uses include using Jujube for
relieving stress, in treating sore throats, and to purify the blood.

- As a note, many of the above ingredients are also
contained in Akavar.   In reviewing the ingredients in
Estrin D and Akavar - it's almost like looking at a carbon copy.
