Diet Bites Best Daily Diet Journal for December 9 Weight Loss " Time for reflections...." As the old year winds down I was reviewing some of the more popular articles at Diet Bites and I wanted to share these with you. If you are gearing up for a diet after the holidays, these articles may help with your planning. Also, I wanted to share some more news with you that may be of great help in your weight loss quest. Currently I'm working on a 200 page weight loss plan that contains tips, diet menus and weight loss information - from recommended weight charts to serving size information - and I want to share this new section of Diet Bites with all my Daily Journal readers first.
