Summing Up the Nutritional Notes

Today's nutritional totals will depend upon the choices you make - so choose wisely. If you'd rather you can enjoy a natural fruit selection after your lunch and dinner meals.

There are numerous prepared meals at the market which hover around 300 to 400 calories. If you don't want to add a dessert, you can go up to a 500 calorie meal choice if you wish. As we said at the beginning of our diet plan, this is a highly changeable diet - one which you can amend to suit your personal needs - as well as including the foods that you enjoy eating.

I'd like to provide a couple of examples for lunch and dinner. What about a Mexican frozen dinner? There are several at our local market which contain about 350 calories. They contain 2 cheese enchiladas, a serving of refried beans and a serving of Spanish rice. You'll have 150 calories to play with. If you're missing your regular soda, it's a good time to add it here. Enjoy 100 calories worth - which is a tab over a cup for most regular sodas. You'll have 50 calories left over to enjoy a couple of small plums, a peach, a small orange or a very small banana.

If you like pizza, there are several pizza breads in the frozen section of the market which contain 300 or less calories. Add a healthy salad to your meal and a natural fruit for dessert.
